LOVE POTION is NANO BEY’s new single of the year released on the 26th of January 2024 - that is a fusion of disco-pop and Sami joik, a unique vocal style from the indigenous people of northern Scandinavia. The song was inspired by the idea of taking a little breather from the stress and worries of everyday life and enjoying some fun and laughter. The song also pays homage to two legendary bands of disco and funk music, The Bee Gees and The Brand New Heavies, who influenced the musical style and sound of the song. The song is a fusion of disco and funk elements, with catchy melodies, groovy rhythms, and lively vocals. NANO BEY is an arctic urban pop/hiphop artist from Alta, Norway. She released her
debut album SHUT THE NOISE OUT The Album on September 29th 2023, which contains eight songs that showcase her talent and versatility. The album is a mix of pop, hiphop, rock, and disco elements, with lyrics that reflect her personal and social experiences. She is inspired by artists like Nothing But Thieves, ROMES, CL and Tina Turner. She is also influenced by her cultural heritage of Sami and Kven, and her clear vision of performing at the Tokyo Dome.
